ORIA Systems will reimburse you for any faulty product or is in a damaged condition (unless it was damaged / defective due to user handling/installation).
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you return a faulty product, please keep your receipts, and we will reimburse you (via bank transfer).
ORIA Systems also accept to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused, unopen, in its’ original wrapping and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Client must pay for all return deleivery costs and handling fees concerning the exchange.
(handling fee per transaction is: 95$ inc GST)
If you try and upgrade the firmware with an incompatible region firmware and require us to reflash it, the cost is 250 inc GST. We cannot guarantee this can be done.
It is important to note that we sell commercial-grade security and CCTV products. Commercial grade security and CCTV products do not come with instructions. Only qualified and licensed security technicians must install security and CCTV products. Thus by purchasing from us, you acknowledege that you will hire a qualified and licensed security technician for the installation & configure the product you purchased.
